What is so unsafe about using multiple postage stamps instead of pre printed postage? I would understand if the PO wanted to check all 13+oz. packages, but I don’t understand what it is about the stamps!

I own a print brokering company. All of our clients are out of state, and our print vendor is out of state. Do I pay any sales tax on our direct mail services? We invoice our clients for Direct Mail which covers our print cost, postage, and a little margin. Please advise..

I have sheets with 4 address/postage labels on them. Is there any way to move the position of this in paypal so I can use the other 3 sheets?

I bought a priority mail postage print-out on paypal, but I never used it and now I dont need it. How do I ask for my money back?

Better yet a whole sheet without having to pay Stamp.com etc.
I`m not trying to do this without paying for the postage just a method of printing

I’m selling a few things on ebay but when I print postage with Paypal the proof of posting sheet always displays "Contents value £0" which I’m guessing could be a problem if something goes missing and I need to claim compensation… can’t find a way to change it though! Someone please help before I go completely nuts…. thanks x o x

I do not want to sign-up for the paid postage vendors like stamps.com so was wondering if there is an alternative solution to to printing self-adhesive postage labels. Currently i am printing labels on regular paper via the USPS "click-n-ship" feature but the labels come out too big and does not fit on the the boxes i’m trying to ship. Anyone can shed some light on this? Thanks!
i have paypal already and the postmaster told me when shrinking the labels they dont work on the postal services standarized bar coding system so thats not an option.
